Beyond Syllabus is a structured series of stakeholder conversations running from August to December 2026. Every conversation leaves evidence. Evidence becomes ideas, ideas become prototypes, and prototypes become recommendations submitted to the relevant Union Ministry.

Sample contentThe opening conversation of Beyond Syllabus. Students and student communities describe where the system loses them: assessment that rewards memory over capability, curricula that lag the world by a decade, and the absence of any channel through which learners can shape what they learn.
SEP 05 · Academics and Policymakers
Sample contentAcademics and policymakers respond to the student conversation. The discussion moves from diagnosis to design: if the constraint is assessment, what would credible alternatives look like — and what would it take for policy to permit them at scale?
OCT 02 · Industry + Global Community
Sample contentAcross the 24-hour relay, industry leaders and global communities compare what they hire for against what systems certify. A consistent picture emerges: evidence of real work — portfolios, contributions, shipped projects — is the signal employers trust most and education produces least.

HypothesisIf a cohort maintains an evidenced portfolio against a published capability rubric for one term, external reviewers will rate it a stronger hiring signal than the same cohort's marksheets.
